Modern modular buildings as a rule have a higher comfort level then traditional living space and offices. Wide variety of  decorative materials, including MDF, hardboard, plastic and wood paneling are used in designing modular buildings also linoleum, parquet floors, metal windows with double-glazed windows, blinds are suitable. Due to variety of decorative materials modular buildings may be designed in unique way both as offices and living space. At the beginning of its development, modular buildings and block-modules were used in construction as  huts, or in inaccessible areas. Today, module constructions can be found on construction sites of major high-tech medical centers as Cardiology in Penza, Injury hospital in Cheboksary, Neurosurgery Center in Tyumen, offices and industrial buildings, training centers and pre-school education facilities, sports and other facilities.

Modular buildings consist of separate, convenient for quick shipment modules. Modules are manufactured in highly controlled factory conditions at all stages. These eliminates interference arising during traditional construction techniques ( weather, time for assembly and installation, noise, dirt).

Depending on conditions and requirements of the customer, “Chandler Bau” delivers modules of full operational readiness or dismounted for quick transportation. These factors determine the conditions for erection of buildings: in first case – a simple installation with use of bolts. In second – pre-assembly of modules at the location and a further installation with the use of welded joints.

Low weight of modules allows to construct buildings up to three floors without a basal complex.
