Modular buildings are constructed of produced on factory modules. It allows to mount a finished building in a short period of time. In fact, it is a kit of block-modules, which is obtained according to the needs of customer.

Modules are structures consisting of a metal frame and enclosing elements. Modules have a closed inner space suitable for use in various purposes.

Area and geometric volume of module may be standard or if needed not standard size.

Block-container frameworks (modules) made of metal. Metal is galvanized to prevent corrosion. Frame has a vertical load-bearing pillars and horizontal beams for installation of windows, doors and re-settlement.

Walls made of corrugated metal sheet, sandwich panels, or other materials at the customer’s choice.

If required, “Chandler Bau” provides modules with equipment, communications and furnished at the stage of their production, which further accelerates the process of entering the modular building in the functional operation.

Modules technology allows modifying functional purpose of buildings and their individual units in short time and with minimal costs, depending on operational needs.
